• Please clock-in your student admin card on the
  card reader before entering LTs
• Card scanned too early or not captured considered
  absent.
• Test your card anytime at any card readers
  outside the LTs. Correct message is "time
  clocked-in"

Important points to note

• Reasons for absenteeism entered may not be
  considered as valid reasons. Decision on validity
  rests with SBM.
• Students with valid reason to be absent (e.g.
  MCs, NYP student activities, etc.) must submit
  Statement of Absence (SOA) via NYP website (MyNYP
  Portal).
• Student considered as ABSENT if no SOA submitted.
• Documentary proof of absent must be promptly
  submitted to PEMs (within 48 hours).

Important points to note

• Students responsibility to check attendance rate
  regularly via SBMSAS.
• Warning letters will be sent to your e-mail
  account provided by NYP.
• E-mail URL http//www.outlook.com
• E-mail account accessible on the Internet
• SBMSAS system is not Internet accessible.
• No warning letters received does not mean no
  debarment.
