QuestDesignerand viewing Quests

Icons in the questionlist

• Mandatory, comments, routing and actions. All
  icons except mandatory is clickable. Mouseover
  hints on every icon. The routing icon displays
  the routing logic.

Hide questiontitle

• Possible to hide the questiontitle in the Quest.
  Just check hide title on the question in
  QuestDesigner.

Add question

• When you press add new to add a new question,
  this will be inserted after the current question.
  Not at the end of the Quest, as before.

Set properties to group

• You are now able to set properties to groups of
  questions. Currently you can set mandatory and
  hide title properties to many questions at
  once.

Copy/move in separate frame

• Copy/move is moved in its own frame. That means
  that you will not need to scroll down to use
  these functions, when the questionlist is long.

Comment questions

• A new question type is added Information text.
  This kind of questions are only used to show
  text, and cannot have any answer alternatives.

New routing, slide 1

• The routing is changed. The routing checkbox
  and subquestion under drop down menu are
  removed.

New routing, slide 2

• Now you choose which criteria has to be fulfilled
  for the question to show in the Quest. The
  current question is marked with orange color.

• You can base routing logic on these question
  types Vertikal/horisontal multi/singleselect,
  dropdown list, satisfaction meter and
  multi-/singleselect matriser.
• You can base the routing logic on one or more
  questions and one or more answer alternative on
  each question. This is how the logic works
  Show question spørsmål 17 if the following
  criteria are fulfilled (spørsmål 1 yes OR
  spørsmål 1 dont know ) AND (spørsmål 3
  yes)Thus, OR between answer alternatives to the
  same question, and AND between different
  questions.

Copy routing

• You can copy routing logic from one question to
  many.

Actions

• You will now find actions under the routing
  button.A new action Goto url. If the
  respondent choose this answer alternative ,
  she/he will be redirected to the URL address you
  specify. The Quest will be set as completed, and
  the webside opens in the same window after the
  next pagebreak.

Empty reminder text

• You cannot set a reminder date, before you have
  typed and saved reminder subject and body.This to
  prevent empty reminder e-mails from being sent.

Publishing your Quest

• A bit more detailed error messages, if there is a
  problem with your Quest. These structure
  limitations are checked - Max 3 matrix
  questions/page - Max 30 questions/page- Routing
  logic cannot be dependent on a future question-
  There has to be a pagebreak between a routing
  question and the question it is depending on.

Preview your Quest

• When you look at a preview of your Quest, routing
  logic and actions are shown as text boxes. These
  describe the criteria that has to be fulfilled
  for the question to show.All questions are shown
  in preview.
• Matrix questions vertical alternatives are
  separated by a light grey line.

Showing matrix questions

• Now all vertical (y) alternatives are shown as
  own, clickable questions in QuestReporter. These
  are also included in the PowerPoint and HTML
  slides.

Showing multiselect questions

• QuestReporter shows multiselect questions in a
  different way if you choose to view them with
  or of total labels. (also in
  PPT/HTML/PDF/WORD). The percentage total is
  based on the number of respondents, not the
  number of checks.

• You can order a report to many persons at once,
  by separating their e-mail addresses by , or
  . Max 255 characters totaly.
• Invitation menu point renamed to E-mail
  invitation.
• New icon for QuestReporter in QuestManager.
• Own page within the service, with a list of
  recommended browsers to use with QuestBack.
• If you got more than one action on a page, the
  last one will be the counting one.
• A small flash, showing new features, will be
  shown after login (from June 25).
