  • Involve as many people as possible, training is
    not enough
  • Involve people who are affected by changes
  • Feel importance of changes
  • Contribute ideas
  • Do not be too demanding
  • Bring up creativity
  • Review processes with somebody outside the
    organization

  • If you think you do it well, believe it, there
    can be exceptions
  • It is not an exam, you cannot fail (but the
    management will not accept this)
  • Prepare for the interviews
  • Proactive communication is needed
