NC Guide
Leads You Through the Work Process
From loading a model (built in CimatronE or
imported part file of another format such as sat,
igs, vda) through the creation of NC procedures
(Milling technologies) to outputting the the
G-codes to machine the part.

Part is a 3X procedure used to represent the
final-product designed part. The part procedure
is used by the Verifier, for comparing actual
milling results to the desired product.
Stock is a 3X procedure used to represent the
stock material from which the final part will be
produced. Remaining stock is calculated after
each procedure, so that cutter motions can be
optimized upon the current stock status. The
remaining stock can be displayed at any time
after any executed procedure

Pencil Milling
Machine one pass along all internal sharp corners
in the part, as well as areas with radius of
curvature smaller than the cutter radius. The
results of this procedure are clean and smooth
internal corners.
