  • Through a one-of-a-kind partnership with mark,
    Kappa Delta chapters will have the chance to
    raise funds for the chapter while making a
    difference in the lives of women.
  • Each chapter will have the choice to sell a
    collection of marks fall must have products.
  • 50 percent of the profits stay at the local
    chapter. The remaining profits go to fund Kappa
    Delta's leadership opportunities and the mark
    m.powerment fund.
  • There are NO upfront costs to your chapter.
  • The mark fundraising program offers flexibility
    in ordering Each chapter can place pre-orders,
    one order at the end of the fundraising period,
    or order throughout the fundraising period.

marks Internship Opportunity Intern Role
  • Actively participate on an assigned business
    project at mark
  • Work with a supervisor to establish specific
    learning criteria during internship and track
    progress
  • Interact with various matrix teams and
    departments in order to achieve desired results
    for particular project assignment
  • Network and exposure to all areas and business
    units
  • Work with other interns on short-term learning
    assignments and special activities
  • Communicate with mark management on regular basis

How to Build Fundraising Sales Engage the Chapter
  • Plan to introduce the campaign and find out your
    chapter members interest in participating.
  • Explain where the funds go
  • The kits sell for 28. Cost is 18. (Thats 10
    profit per kit sold)
  • Fifty percent of the profits stay with the
    chapter.
  • 30 percent goes to national Kappa Delta for
    leadership training.
  • 20 percent goes to the girls m.powerment fund.
  • Discuss how chapter may use the 50 profits it
    keeps sending someone to National Convention,
    other chapter expenses, a charity the members
    wish to support, etc.
  • Hand out applications for the mark. chapter
    ambassador (MCA).
  • Explain the position and read the job
    description.
  • Encourage those interested to hand in completed
    applications by the end of the meeting.
  • Chapter council will choose the MCA and let
    person know .
  • Explain prizes. Awards will go to the individuals
    that sell the most out of all Kappa Deltas across
    the country, as well as the KD chapters that sell
    the most per capita.

Community
  • Ways you can implement the campaign and start
    your fundraising sales
  • Show the sales flyer to members of your campus
    community and take orders in person.
  • Send an email sales flyer to friends and family.
  • Where to sell on campus
  • other meetings you attend on campus
  • workplaces
  • setting up a table at the student union or other
    central location
  • Incorporate the fundraising program in your
    National Womens Friendship Day celebrations.

Kappa Delta Ordering and Prize Verification
Procedure
  • Your fundraiser order sheet can be found on the
    Kappa Delta website.
  • Your orders should be turned in weekly to your
    mark Chapter Ambassador.
  • The mark Chapter Ambassador will send an order
    summary to Kappa Delta National Headquarters for
    processing.
  • These order forms also function as a record for
    prize eligibility.
  • The order summary is also available on the KD
    website.
