- Offshore registration with corporate governance.
- Fund size US100 million 25 already committed
by sponsor - International legal, tax, and financial advisors
and auditors. - Exit strategy in 5 years (minimum) to 12 years
(maximum) - An investment process based on experience and
integrity. - Financial commitment payments to be made upon
demand, as projects are approved for investment.
