Three phases of tutor

• Phase 1 tutor identifies sentence, breaks it
  down for student, then asks them to rewrite as
  active
• Phase 2 tutor identifies sentence, then asks
  student to break it down and rewrite
• Phase 3 student identifies and rewrites
  sentences with assistance from tutor
