  • Enormous amounts of evidence shows that a healthy
    lifestyle and preventive health care can reduce
    or prevent health problems associated with aging.
  • Even if you had unhealthy habits, its never to
    late to change.
  • Now women in their 60s are returning to college,
    starting businesses and running marathons
  • Researchers at Yale University that people that
    feel positive about ageing actually live longer
    and are more likely to take control and
    responsibility for their health
  • National Council on Aging found that 51 of women
    find their 60s to be the best years of their life

  • Make sure your diet is rich in calcium and you
    engage in regular weight-bearing exercises and
    strength-training
