Downtown Development Initiative
  • Coordination between downtown businesses and the
    Colleges
  • Student spending is limited to certain activities
  • Although it is possible students may use other
    businesses downtown, the demand is not consistent
  • Repeat study with FLCC students and Geneva
    residents between 18 to 25 years old
