Goal Create collaborative structures that bring
computing together with other fields in ways that
promote intellectual synergy and offer value to
both sides (and beyond).

• Identify and circulate information about
  successful efforts in research, teaching, and
  structures
• Support development of interdisciplinary courses
• Define grand challenges that require computing
• Create incentives for solving these problems
• Examine what values we bring to (and derive from)
  interdisciplinary collaborations
• Organize interdisciplinary conferences
• Create course supplements on computing topics for
  other disciplines
• Recognize that different institutions need
  different approaches
