  • Get with a Partner
  • One Person Lie on your Back with One Leg in the
    Air (Straight)
  • Partner pushes the Leg Until their partner says
    their hamstring is tight
  • The person lying down pushes against their
    Partners Hand for the count of 10 and then
    relaxes
  • Repeat this and See if you can get your leg a
    little further back and push for the Count of 15
