  • To create a new user simply go to the toolbar at
    the top click on Admin, and then User
    Administration.

  • Then in the top right corner click on the Add
    User button.

  • Now add the information into the given fields.
    The fields in red are mandatory. Note In the
    State field FPO AP is an option in the drop menu.

  • Once completed scroll down to the DODAAC/UIC
    menu and select your UIC. This is very important
    because if you do not select a UIC and create the
    user you must contact RCO to have it deleted!!

  • Then scroll up to the top and click on the submit
    button.

  • Once the user is created scroll down to the User
    Roles Administration. Then click on the roles
    you wish to assign to the individual and click on
    the Add Role button.

  • To edit a user click on the drop menu of Select a
    User. This will bring up that users
    information, then make the changes and click on
    Submit. To delete a user simply click on the
    Delete button.
