Club

• Participants will paint backdrops for specific
  pictures to be taken this year. Backdrops will
  have a variety of themes and students will be
  helping to design the backdrops as well as paint
  them.

Ms. Cuseo-Fields Art Club Session 2Empty Bowls
2008-09

• Participants will create clay bowls for the
  Spring Empty Bowls banquet. This is a great
  program that helps to feed the hungry. Bowls
  will be donated and sold at the banquet. Last
  year 125 bowls were donated. Lets do more this
  year!!

• Sessions include aspects of each groups audition
  requirements, focusing on required pieces, sight
  reading, and scales.
• Session open to 6th graders Band and Chorus
  members interested in All County, as well as 7th
  and 8th graders interested in All County or All
  State.

H20 Rockets Extension 2
In this extension students will construct
different rockets that will be flown by
pressurized air. This extension will reinforce
things students have learned in science and math
particularly in geometry. Open to 8th graders
not currently enrolled in problem solving
skills. Supplies Students must supply a empty
20oz and a 2ltr soda bottle

  future? Have an idea how to make toe shoes more
  comfortable? Want to find a way to restore the
  Mona Lisa?

• Are you concerned about endangered animals?

  how to stop it? Want to do something to keep

• Do you have ideas on how to make your little
  brother's playground safer? Can you make a
  better bandage? What can you do about homeland

• These are only a few ideas. Come up with your
  own! Select a Mission Challenge. Identify a
  specific problem for your team to solve. Your
  solution must use science, math and technology
  and have a positive impact on your community.
