• Go to www.cfcshr.org OR https//www.cfcnexus.org/_

• At our website, click on the picture of the
  submarine.
• Register your name and a password. If you forget
  it, click on the link to find your password and
  the administrator will reset for you.
• After you register, go to pledge online and
  follow the step-by-step guidelines. At any point
  you encounter a problem, call 757-853-8500 x113

• After you complete your information, select your
  command name from the command selection screenif
  you cannot find your command call us at
  757-853-8500 x113 Ann Painter
• Select your favorite charity by name (cancer,
  kids, bats, rescue) or five digit number.
  National agencies are Blue, International are
  Red, and Local are Yellow.
• Select your donation and allocate an amount to
  each of your charities.
• Each step allows you to review or asks you to
  finish incomplete information.
• Options questionnaire, release of personal
  information to charities, elect to receive
  leadership gift.
• Last step is to fill in SSN or Federal ID number.
  Must have this to give to your pay office. Hit
  print and then sign your payroll form.
• Give your signed form to your keyworker or
  coordinator. You can opt to print your file copy
  now or later.
