First Grade Field Trips
  • We have lots of fun field trips planned for this
    year!
  • We walk across the street to Publix for a behind
    the scenes tour and shop for canned food items.
  • We will visit the Salvation Army.
  • We will go to Florida Frontier Days in February.
  • We will go to the Naples Zoo for our end of the
    year trip.
  • Not a field trip but lots of fun is our baking
    pumpkin cookies and Air, Wind and Water Day here
    on campus.

    paragraphs is very important!
  • Grow our independence and be responsible!

  • In addition to our regular curriculum, in 2nd
    grade we do many things to enrich and deepen our
    learning experiences and share the love of Jesus
    with others in our community.

2ND GR. LEMONADE FOR SALE by Stuart J.
Murphy After reading this story, our second
graders conducted their own lemonade stand. They
served lemonade for .25 a cup for two days.
Over 350 was raised and presented to Pastor
Dave for BGMC (Boys/Girls Missionary Crusade) to
help missionaries share Jesus with children
around the world.

2ND GRADE MISSION 2540
Our Missions project in 2nd grade is the Senior
Friendship Center in Ft. Myers. Its an adult
daycare facility. We visit 3-4 times during the
year. The students read, do crafts, bring
Christmas gifts, and sing. We love sharing Jesus
with these precious elderly people.

  • Our goal is to introduce elementary students to
    the Spanish language, to learnbasic words and
    phrases familiar to the student in his/her
