- Mission Statement The mission of the ODC S SHW
Program is to improve and extend the lives of our
employees and their families. - Philosophy The philosophy of the program,
supported by a committee comprised of 4 staff
members representing all categories of
employment, is to create an intrinsic interest in
the ODC employee to enhance their general health
and their quality of life. The ODC hopes that
the employee extends this health interest into
other aspects of their life and their family. - Benefits The benefits of the ODCS SHW program
are twofold. ODC benefits from healthier
employees that have increased morale, increased
physical and emotional strength, and decreased
absenteeism due to illness. The ODC also
benefits from reduced rates in health insurance
and workers compensation insurance. -
