  • Yes, the costs for the software or web

    created may be published online and is eligible
  • Are the costs for the transport and disk space of
    a web based application for a school eligible?
  • No, the cost of the application as well as any
    charge associated with the creation or
    modification of content is not eligible.

  • Interconnected VoIP is defined as a service that
  • Enables real-time, two-way voice communications
  • Requires a broadband connection from the users
    location
