• During 1800s American begin to stretch there
  borders instead of saving land for the Indians
  but it was overruled by Manifest Destiny.

Running the Government

• After Mexico won its freedom from Spain and now
  Texas belonged to Mexico. Then Mexico forced the
  Americans Texans who live there to pay more
  taxes and obey Mexican laws. Texans and Americans
  in Texans got mad at Mexico and started the Texas
  revolution. After a while Texas won the war

War with Mexico

• President sent solders to Mexico,Mexico attacked
  solders. Congress declared war on Mexico,
  Americans invaded Mexico by sea, after one year
  war ended. Then signed treaty of Guadalupe
  Hidalgo
