• All handicaps will be based on 90 of 920
• Entrants will use their highest USBC average from
  the 2007-2008. If no 2007-2008 average you may
  use previous year back to 2004 season. Men with
  no average will use 175 and women will use 150.
• All lanes will be drawn and assigned by the
  tournament committee. In the case of multiple
  teams wanting to bowl together entries must be
  submitted together.
• All prize money collected will be returned 100
  on a ratio of 1-10
• Ties for any position shall be divided equally
  between teams.
• 80 entry fee must accompany this entry blank.
• Teams need to check in ½ hr before squad time
  begins.
