  to this region. The density of the region is
  around 1,500 person/km2, with the arable land per
  capita is only 590 m2. This unbalance between
  agricultural land and people results in chain
  impacts of flow of migration from rural to urban
  area, especially in the 1990s. This flow has
  strongly negatively influenced urban environment
  while worsening living conditions in many urban
  areas.
