Commission
? The Responsibilities
The office of the trade Competition Commission is
located in the Department of Internal Trade-DIT,
Ministry of Commerce. The Director-General of the
DIT is the Secretary-General, who shall be the
superior official responsible for the
administrative affairs of the office including
submit the cases that may violate the Act to the
Trade Competition Commission-TCC for
consideration.
