5Programme Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrators
- Responsible for organising and implementing the
administrative duties of the Chlamydia Screening
Programme across Lambeth and Southwark - Provide appropriate support to the CSP
Coordinators, Programme Lead, Health Protection
Agency (HPA) and allied programme professionals
to ensure programme delivery is timely and
consistent - Commissioner
- Strategic role
- Attends all strategic meetings and cascades
information to coordinators - Manages the CSP budget and inform coordinators of
their annual non-pay entitlements - Negotiates the terms of business for large
contracts e.g. Brook and CRSH
6General Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinators
- Oversee all operational matters relating to the
CSP - Attend all operational meetings (internal and
external) - Attend some strategic meetings
- Monitor the performance of all screening venues
against LDP trajectories and locally set targets - Feedback programme performance to strategic
levels - Consult senior levels when deciding the
operational direction of the programme
