Bolivia

• Bolivia is the poorest country in South America
• Santa Cruz is a city of more than 1 million
  people
• The poverty is extreme
• Children are suffering and dying for lack of
  antibiotics

• Children suffering after surgery when parents
  have no money for pain medication
• Children dying from secondary infections after
  surgery when parents have no money for
  antibiotics

Mission of Hope, Bolivia

• Is a nonprofit, 501c3 tax-exempt organization
  formed for the purpose of providing free medical
  care and medicines to the poor
• Is currently attending more than 100 patients per
  day at its free clinic in Santa Cruz

• Free lab analysis

• Free follow-up care

Future Plans

• Our desire is to become a full-service hospital,
  including surgeries.
• To that end, we are preparing to receive our
  first U.S. medical team to perform a week of free
  surgery in August of 2003.
