• IEP Time- more than direct therapy
• Student specific items from ASHA Clusters should
  be included in IEP time
• Use ASHA Clusters or Modified Checklist to
  determine IEP Time at each IEP Meeting
• Calculate IEP Time to Document Student Specific
  Time

Weekly Hours Calculation

• Multiply Weekly IEP Time for all students seen as
  individual
• Example 5 students seen for 1 hour/week 5 hours
• Multiply Weekly IEP Time for all students in
  groups
• Example 50 students seen for 1 hour/week 50
  hours

• Divide Total Group Hours by Average Group Size
• Example 50 total group hours/ 2.5 group size
  20 weekly hours to provide IEP time to group
  students
