- Determine if account is valid
- View listing of valid department accounts
- Assist in closing out accounts that are no longer
used or valid - Determine if account titles or responsible person
needs to be updated - Note the Delete column If there is a 1 or 2
in that column, the acct is in the process of
being deleted

4 digit FRS operator number and password
Select the FRS repository
Click on Enter
14EPrint Navigation Bar
- Drill down to select reports from a repository
- Once the report is selected you can pick values
- Values are keys to accessing an individual
page. A report will have a key defined that - describes how the report is structured.
Examples are Department or Account. - The Navigation Bar is Active and you can click
on any of the topics to go directly to it.
15Navigation
- (1) There is a bar under the main header that
displays where you are in the ePrint module - (2) Once you login you are at the Select Report
from Repository FRS screen and a list of reports
that you have access to are displayed - (3) The Latest Date column indicates the last
time the report was run - (4) Scroll through the list of reports by using
the Next and Previous navigation buttons - (5) Select your report from the combo box at the
bottom of the screen - (6) Click on the Drill icons to view the Report
Detail screen - (7) Click on the PDF or Text icons to view the
most current version of the report

17Navigation - Icons
Opens the report in Adobe Acrobat Reader
Right clicking on the Text icon will let you save
the file to be opened as a text document
Right clicking on the data icon will let you save
the file in a spreadsheet format
Drill down to the Report Detail screen where
you can view all available reports by date
Takes you to the Pick Pages screen where you can
select a report by account number
Get the report icon is used to retrieve the
report after you have selected a range of accounts
Use navigation button to scroll through report
lists
Use combo boxes to select a report

This brings up this page where you can click on
the magnifying icon.
191 - Selecting allows you to individually
select values 2 - Input an account number and
select to find just this value. Note that
the Account field requires a format of x-xxxxx if
by account. 3 - Requires both values and if by
account the format is x-xxxxx.
20Saving Viewing Reports - PDF
- All reports are available to view as PDF files
- Clicking on the PDF icon will open the
default PDF application that is installed on your
computer - PDF applications
- Adobe Acrobat full version
- Acrobat Reader free version

- Click on the Save icon on the toolbar
- Save the report to your PC
- Type in a name for your report
- Click on Save

- Click on the Search icon to search for
specific words or values in your report - Navigate through the pages of your report using
these icons on the top menu bar - -or-
- these icons on the bottom menu bar
- Resize the pages of the report using these icons

- Right click on the text icon
- Select Save Target As
- Save the report to your PC
- Type in a name for your report
- Click on Save

- The file conversion window may appear
- Select Windows (Default)

- Select File Page Setup from the toolbar
- Set all margins to .5
- Set orientation to landscape

- Save the file to your PC
- Save as a Word .DOC file

- Only the FBM090 and FBM091 reports are viewable
as excel spreadsheet files - Right click on the data icon
- Select Save Target As
- Save the report to your PC
- Type in a File name for your report
- Save as a Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values
File - Click on Save

- You will need to reformat the spreadsheet
- Click in the upper left hand cell to highlight
the spreadsheet - Format Row (type in a value for the row height)
- Format Column (type in a value for the column
width - You may have to merge some fields to get the
appearance you want from the spreadsheet
