Introduction

• Every year at our school Year 5 go to
  Leeson. I am the first in the family to go to
  Leeson .
• I had heard about all the good things
  from last years class. I was excited about going
  because I had heard about going to Swanage and my
  Dad went there when he was younger.

MY LEESON POEM

• Learning with Leeson staff all week
• Exciting food to eat
• Easy walks during the week
• Super games in the evening
• Orienteering in the pouring rain
• Nature in the village

Morning Routeen

• Get up 7.30 in the morning
• Take your towel into the washroom to have a
  shower
• Go back to your bedroom and get dressed
• Make the room tidy for room inspection
• Go downstairs for breakfast
• Brush your teeth
• Get ready for the days activities

MY DIARY

• On the 2nd day at Leeson House we went
  to Worth Matravers which is the next village
  after Langton Matravers where Leeson is. We saw
  huge pumpkins, they were the size of Mr Woberly
  man from Noddy.It was also the village where a
  famous smuggler called Isaac Gulliver lived .In a
  little cottage there was the exact telescope
  which he would use to spot people!
• After we had lunch I went to the classroom
  and did something about food for Im a celebrity
  get me out of here. We had to have over 300g
  carbohydrates a day just using bugs and rice!

FRIDAY

• On Friday we had to pack and get
  ready to depart from Leeson House and go home. It
  was also Michaels birthday . We all had some
  chocolate cake with our fruit. At breakfast
  Michael got a card from his Mum and Dad and Mrs
  Halford and Mrs Perry had put up a banner in the
  dining room.
• We went to quarries, our group went
  to Landers quarry. At the quarry we saw a
  limestone crusher which could cut limestone in
  half, it was amazing. At the end of the tour
  around Landers we saw an ammonite and a dinosaur
  footprint. Our tour guide said the dinosaurs were
  four legged whilst they were standing. After we
  went on the mini bus back to Leeson and went on
  the coach back to school. It was the best week
  without Mum! On the way back from Leeson I made a
  picture of Leeson and that was the end of the
  coach journey.

How To Make A Bed

• First you need to put the sheet over mattress
  without it springing back.
• Next you need to put the duvet cover over the
  duvet.
• Lastly you need to put the pillow cases over the
  pillows and youre ready for a good nights sleep.

Conclusion

• Over the course of the week it was a great time.
  I really enjoyed it.
• I hope the next year 5s like it.
• I cant wait to go again!
