Who are we

• Royal Cargo is a total logistics service provider
  based in the Philippines.
• Since its humble beginnings in 1976, our Company
  had made headway both in the local and
  international freight, projects and heavy lift
  transport as well as in the logistics industry.
• From Royal Cargo Corporation, we have transformed
  into Royal Cargo Combined Logistics, Inc., a
  one-stop-shopping Company that combines the
  strengths of our various services into one Total
  Integrated Logistics Company.
• We now employ over 700 employees in all our
  offices and branches who are ready to serve our
  clients with quality service.

Savings Fund

• Purpose
• To promote the general welfare of all the
  members by granting loans, assistance in time of
  emergency, savings and accumulation of fund,
  investing such fund, and other acts which may
  tend to improve the condition and well-being of
  the member.

Membership All employees of the Company
automatically become members of the Fund from
date of assumption of regular or permanent
employment status.
Duration of Membership Membership in the
Fund continues until the member has seceded from
the Company, been separated for cause, or his
services have been terminated.

Savings Fund

• SOURCES OF FUNDS

Members Contribution Membership in the
Fund constitutes authority for the Company to
deduct semi-monthly on payroll date a sum equal
to five percent (5) of the monthly basic salary
as contribution to the Fund of the employee.
Firms Contribution The Company pays to the
Fund as its monthly contribution an amount equal
to five percent (5) of each members monthly
basic salary.

• PAYMENT OF BENEFITS

Secession from the Company A member of the
Fund, upon his secession from the Company, is
entitled to the whole amount of his contributions
plus the corresponding contributions of the
Company.
Dismissal In case of dismissal from the
service of a member due to an administrative
offense, he is entitled only to his contributions
to the Fund.

Composition The Fund is administered and
managed by a Management Team composed of
seven (7) members 5 members (elected) 2
representatives from the Management (appointed)
Term of Office one (1) year

• Meetings
• Regular Meetings of the Management Team is held
  at least once a month
• Special Meeting is called to discuss important
  issues
• General Assembly Meeting is held once a year
