Education For All (EFA) framework

• Cambodia constitution all children should have
  basic education at least by completing primary
  school or 9 years of schooling.
• Education sector is priority sector in National
  Development Strategic Plan (NDSD)
• Education Strategic Plan (ESP) and Education
  Sector Support Program (ESSP) were developed to
  achieve EFA goals in 2015

• Opened for NGOs and donors to put more effort and
  funding
• Around 100 NGOs working in education and training
  in 2006-7
• Around 12 principal Development Partners
  contributions to the 29 policy dimensions
