10Development Implementation
- Dual focus
- Development Team they design and develop the
system. - Implementation Team they implement the
solution. Dont wait until the end of the
project start with the project development.
11eREP Funding
- Traditional Eligibility Systems are built with
50 Federal Funds and 50 State Funds - eREP is built with 81 Federal Funds and 19
State Funds. - State proposed innovative funding solutions and
worked closely with our federal partners, early
and often (FNS, CMS, ACF) - Because we had separate projects, they each
required a separate APD and approval from the
respective Federal agency. All Federal Agencies
were included in each distribution. - Our focus has been to build an early relationship
with the feds rather than an adversarial or ask
for forgiveness relationship. They are our
partners and strong advocates in how we move our
project forward.
