  additional court-ordered spill
• Trapezoidal Model output is currently still under
  review
• Initial comparisons to HOSS indicate that the
  Trapezoidal Model capacity may be high
• Using the lowest quintile or 1937 hydro energy to
  assess the hydro derate may not be appropriate
