    activity
  • Permit coverage begins 7 days after NOI
    acknowledgement posted on EPAs website
  • Acknowledgement letter also sent
  • No website posting must wait for letter (may be
    required to correct NOI or submit SWPPP or
    Individual Permit required)

Notice of Termination
  • Submit the NOT when
  • Final stabilization achieved in all areas, or
  • Other Operator has assumed control of site, or
  • Coverage under other NPDES permit obtained, or
  • Residential Only Temporary stabilization
    achieved and property transferred to owner.
  • Must be submitted within 30 days of any of the
    above condition being met.
