• Bacchus is my Roman Name
• I am the God of Wine.
• -Im also know as the God of agriculture and
  fertility of nature.
  
• I am one of the Gods who comes to mythology later
  and am one of the last gods to enter Olympus.

My Family

• Child of Zeus Semele
• --Zeus kills Semele with lightning bolt but
  rescues me out of her womb. I am reborn from
  Zeus thigh and given to nymphs to be raised.
  
• --I was born in Thebes, and my cousin,
  Pentheus, is the King there.

• I have two children
• --Thaos with Ariadne
• --Priapus with Aphrodite

Dionysus helping others

• I granted Midas the power to turn everything he
  touched into Gold.

• I rescued Ariadne after she was abandoned by
  Theseus.
  

• I Saved my mom from the underworld after Zeus
  struck her with a lightning bolt.

• I am described to be man-womanish
• Only god to have mortal parent
• One of very few gods that can bring a dead person
  out of underworld

  divine, or bitter angry. This is how wine makes
  you act if you use it correctly you are joyful
  divine, and if you abuse it, you are bitter and
