Presentation Key
  • The tables that are used by the various reports
and applications are list. Just because they are
listed does not mean the report will delete from
them, they may be used as a join in order to give
you better data selection, processing options and
output information. The table that will most
likely be affected by the purge directly is the
one that matches the purge. Example R9312 uses
the tables F9312 and F0092, however it only
    deletes from F9312.
  • This symbol means you will need to pay attention
here things will break if you dont. It can
also mean you need bring down the services.
  • This symbol means environment specific so you
are going to need to log into each environment.

  • Swifter incident management
  • Effective problem remediation
  • Peace of Mind
  • Reduced production outages

6
Retention Periods and Clean-up Cycles
  • What is a good retention period?
  • days, weeks, months, years
  • How often should I perform clean-up?
