General Information The meeting fee will
include attendance at the Keynote Speaker
session, all section paper and posters, the
luncheon, the dinner banquet and the closing
festivities dance party. Student meeting fee
is 5.00 but does not include meals. We will be
selling individual lunch tickets for the
Wednesday Keynote speaker luncheon. The student
fee also does not include workshop costs. These
costs are the individuals responsibility.

Benefits for Presenters Workshop presenters
will get a complimentary standard room the night
before and the day(s) of the workshop Paper
and poster presenters will get a reduced meeting
fee. The workshop costs are the responsibility
of all attendees. If a workshop presenter would
like to attend a workshop other than their own,
the fee associated must be paid.
