programs. Sponsors include City of LA,
InfraGard Member Alliance, Oxnard Harbor
District, DARPA, Perceptronics Solutions, Aptima
Inc., Hawaiya Tech, Bradbury Institute Partner
funded through homeland Security Grants, General
Operating Funds, Training and Educational funding
Program dependant labor, travel and material
All funding from non Department of Defense
partners is done via a Cooperative Research and
Development Agreement (CRADA)

4INFRAGARD
- School Terrorism Awareness and Response Exercise
(STAR09) - 3rd iteration of a multi-year program with
INFRAGARD - Designed and developed an exercise that explored
the consequences of a terrorist incident on a
school campus from the perspective of emergency
response agencies, the private sector, and the
educational community - Increased the overall readiness of those agencies
and organizations charged with responding to and
recovering from a terrorist attack on an
educational facility

- Coastal Trident Port Security Program
- 2nd phase of a multi-year program with Oxnard
Harbor District - Designed and delivered Emergency Operations
Center (EOC) and Port Security exercise and
training program designed to increase the
proficiently of Port Operators, Emergency
Managers, Port Security and Operations in a
simulated multi-agency response. - Built on previous 2 years of port security
exercises - Fulfilled the Annual Port Security Exercise per
US Coast Guard Requirements - Prepared educational foundation for FY10 full
scale exercise (18-19 Nov 2009)
