18Organizational Structure
Our club is governed by a Board of Directors
which consists of the club officers and 8
additional directors (4 elected anually). Our
club is 1 of several clubs in Division 23 of the
NE-IA District Our district holds an annual
convention each August. Our club is a member of
Kiwanis International, a worldwide organization
governed by a board of 20 trustees. It holds an
annual convention each June or July.

Club of Hastings for the mentally and physically
challenged -We are working to establish clubs
at Builders Club at Hastings Middle School K
Kids at Lincoln, Longfellow, and Hawthorne
Elementary Schools You are encouraged to visit
each of these at least once.
