• Reasons for Project
• Increase forage production to benefit mule deer,
  elk, pronghorn antelope, sharptail grouse,
  turkeys, etc.
• Increase forage production to increase cattle
  production and make the grazing system more
  efficient.
• If managed properly, cattle can be utilized to
  manage rangelands not only to benefit cattle and
  wildlife, but to benefit the native grasses,
  forbs, shrubs, trees.
• Thereby promoting long-term range health.
• To promote habitat research projects on private
  land and public land in the western portion of
  the state.
