Willis attended Cornell University. He graduated

Carver developed 325 uses for peanuts from oil to
ink. He discovered the pecan, soybean, pea, and
sweet potato got the same results, so he
experimented with those, also. Carver found
about 20 uses for these from rubber to pavement
for highways. - I think Carver's invention helped because we
might not have gotten these things without him.

Missouri. He was a farm hand an studied in a one
room school house. Carver was hoping for some
sort of science career. Carver was always
interested in plants and rocks. Upon his death,
Carver gave all of his life savings to build a
research institute. His birthplace was a
national monument in 1953. During his life,
Carver won only three patents, a science degree
in bacterial botany and agriculture in 1897, and
a Bachelor of Science degree in 1894.Carver had a
lot of success with his inventions.
