• Format Tables
• Cell definitions can be driven by the value of a
  cell on any worksheet using Format Tables.
  Therefore, if a cell value falls in a user
  defined range, the cell can be replaced with
  text, formulas, field references or combination.
  The cell font and background colour can also be
  changed.

• Rolling Periods
• Vision Executive provides an automated way of
  rolling SunSystems periods. This can be done
  using any single period selection that is
  accompanied by the offset option e.g. PA (This
  Period), BA (Balance).

• Field References
• Field references in Vision Executive are a way
  of outputting Vision Definable variables directly
  and dynamically onto the Vision Workbook, an
  example of this would be Accounting Periods.

• Custom Transaction Drills (CTD)
• What are CTD?
• Custom Drill allows you to drill from any
  SunSystems defined cell using an external program
  from within Vision Executive.
• For Example
• You can link scanned invoices to a transaction
  reference in SunSystems or to T-Codes (Ledger
  Analysis Codes)

• Custom Transaction Drills contd..
• Custom Transaction Drills can only be accessed
  from the Transaction Drill worksheet and will
  execute an external programme of your choice.
• Vision Executive will allow TEN Custom
  Transaction Drills per Vision Executive Workbook.
• For Example you might want to scan in Suppliers
  Invoices and use the Transaction Reference as the
  main parameter for selection.
