Who are we?
Within the school services and training channel,
the special initiative service unit strives to
proactively identify the unique service needs of
Hispanic serving institutions, historically black
college and universities, and tribally controlled
colleges.

Examples of Services Provided

• Technical assistance in programmatic and
  administrative areas
• Provide customized training that is developed to
  meet the unique needs of the institution
• Assists institutions in performing on/off campus
  assessments and if warranted, the development of
  corrective action plans
