    in regard to Specialty CME requirements for
    Certification

Membership Requirements
  • 120 total credit hours required each three year
    cycle
  • 30 hours must be in Category 1-A
  • 90 hours can be in Category 1-A, 1-B, 2-A
  • and/or 2-B

Specialty CME Requirements
  • 50 hours in specialty
  • Hours may be Category 1-A, 1-B, 2-A and/or 2-B
  • Specialty template outlines specified credits
  • Accept up to 50 hours of Specialty Colleges
  • Accept up to 25 hours of State Society credit
    this is the issue to be resolved

  • Not perfect, but currently working
