2Why Develop a CEIDARS Greenhouse Gas Inventory?
- On June 1, 2005, Governor Schwarzenegger signed
Executive Order S-3-05 which calls for - A reduction of Californias Green House Gas
(GHG) - emissions to 2000 levels by 2010
- A reduction of GHG emissions to 1990 levels by
2020 - A reduction of GHG emissions to 80 below 1990
levels by - 2050
