• This is a special place in our school. You are in
  school laboratory that shows Maria Curie' s life,
  family  and work. Maria Curie was an amazing
  woman and scientist

Maria Curie

• She was born in Poland in 1867 but then she moved
  to Paris, got married with Pierre Curie there and
  worked hard.  She discovered radium and polonium.
  Maria Curie got two Nobel Prizes in 1903 and in
  1911, She is the woman who started taking X-rays
  in hospitals.

  Primary school because we are proud of her. She
