About Heaven Health Beauty
We started this business in March 2005. We
started this business from scratch and built up a
large and valuable clientele. The salon was newly
refurbished in 2005 and the equipment that was
bought in was top of the range at the time.We
use Dermalogica products as we believe that is
what suits our customers best. The excellent
service and the range of treatments we provide
has earned us high profile customers.We do have
about 350 registered costumers.The health club
itself has 1200 actual members. We also have many
residential and business customers locally and
around London. Some of them are Addison Lee,
Cancer Research, Logica CMG, Prince Trust,
Monsoon and BT .
Location
The salon is walking distance from Great Portland
Street, Warren Street or Regents Park tube
stations. There are many businesses and
residential estates located close to the salon
that will give you a great business potential.
The area is quite trendy with wealthy population
and it has a great clientele potential. Most of
my clients care more about the quality of service
and treatments they get than the amount of money
they pay for them.

Turnover
Annual Turnover is 40.000 considering is was
only I working only 5 days per week .This
business has a great potential of taking it
further and having greater profits. It has a
great potential on growing the clientele and
expanding in other areas of beauty and body care
treatments.
Promotions and Potential Growth
There are 8 promoting points within the health
club that are for you to use, as well as a A1
board that is displayed in Albany Street
daily.You could also have a big banner in there
as well. The salon is advertised in Yellow Pages
and there have been a great deal of customers
that had from there. We are advertised and have
promotions in some other companies like Addison
Lee Monsoon Logica CMG etc. The potential of
advertising in some other major local businesses
is huge. More than 8000 leaflets and price lists
have been distributed in the area since we
started.It is entirely up to the person that
will take over on how to bring the business
forward but there are some great opportunities up
for taking.The opening hours at present are
11am-8pm. However, you can change them between
6am 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am 4pm on
weekends. You will have the possibility of
employing more than one beauty therapist
considering that the gym is very busy mornings as
well.

Sale Terms
We have rented this salon from Fitness First for
more than two years and we have another
renewable lease for another three years. I did
enjoy the success I had for this period of time
but at the moment I am pregnant and I am
considering to sell the business to someone that
would be able to take it forward and fulfil the
Fitness First terms of contract. ( See Fitness
First Terms)Because of my circumstances, I will
not be able to work in the beauty business any
longer. Therefore, I have decided to give up
this career altogether and do something
different that will give me a chance to look
after my coming child and my future career.The
successful candidate that wishes to take over the
salon needs to pay the discounted amount of the
stock that is in the salon, as well as the
business investment (clientele). The total
amount is 9,950.00You will have my ongoing
support for your start up until you are back in
track with everything.I will make sure that my
clientele is transferred nice and smoothly to
you.If you decide to take over the salon, you
will be required to pay 90 of the amount prior
to setting up the contract, which is completely
refundable if you do not wish to go on with it.
The remaining 10 will have to be paid when you
sign up the contract with Fitness First. This
can be done legally to avoid problems. Note
that there will be a Selected list of candidates
and the most successful candidates with be
selected for the last stage.

Fitness First Terms
You will be given a minimum thee years contract
from Fitness First that is renewable as long as
you keep up with the contract terms.
Yourself or the person that you will employ will
have to provide Monthly Rent of 440.00 all
inclusive. Liability insurance 50.00 per
yearTreatment licence 230.00 per yearThe
person that carries out the beauty treatments
should be qualified.Fulfil Fitness First Terms
of Contract which are very straight forward and
standard.
You will be given the support you need to set up
the contract with Fitness First and start up your
business by myself. I will help transfer the
clientele nice and smoothly to you. Please do
