- 2. Box Drill
- Equipment 4 cones to mark a 10 yard x 10 yard
square, 1 football - Objective To teach linebackers how to start in a
good stance and move while staying in good
position - Directions Two linebackers start in a good
stance in box made of cones. LBs will react to
the cone the coach points to in a good athletic
position. Will simulate pass drop or pursuit
