Description of Problem

• The spreadsheet allows a user to input selections
  of choices of housing, food, veterinary care, and
  miscellaneous items and uses these selections to
  calculate the costs of raising a Labrador
  retriever.

• The user is asked for the following inputs
• Price Paid for Lab
• Selection of Expected size of dog and dog food
  brand, as well as a feeder and waterer for Food
  Costs
• Selection of Doghouse, Bedding, and Pen/Fence for
  Housing Costs
• Selection of Veterinary Care options for
  Veterinary Care Costs
• Selection of Miscellaneous options for
  Miscellaneous Costs

• From the inputs provided by the user, the
  spreadsheet calculates the following outputs
• Food Costs
• Housing Costs
• Veterinary Care Costs
• Miscellaneous Costs
• Total Estimated Cost

• Food Costs-Amount of food needed for size of dog
  multiplied by price of brand of dog food added to
  the prices of the selected feeder and waterer
• Housing Costs-Addition of prices of selected
  doghouse, bedding, and pen/fence
• Veterinary Care Costs-Addition of prices of
  selected options
• Miscellaneous Costs-Addition of prices of
  selected options
• Total Cost-Sum of Price paid and Food, Housing,
  Veterinary Care, and Miscellaneous Costs
