has the option to transfer to another public
school in TUSD that has not been identified for
school improvement. - TUSD-Title I will pay for the transportation
costs to that school.

- Students in danger of failing and/or the students
with the highest rate of low income have the
opportunity to receive supplemental educational
services, over and beyond the regular classroom
instruction (tutoring, after school services,
summer programs) - The list of providers are approved by the Arizona
Department of Education. - TUSD-Title I will pay for the provider of the
supplemental educational services.

- Instructional Coaches are provided for all
schools in TUSD, not just Title I schools. - Change from 2005-06
- Title I schools paid for their instructional
coaches from their Title I school allocation. - In 2006-07, instructional coaches will be paid
from this 10 District Improvement allocation.
