  2007, and currently implementing BAI and AIP

  Management Unit and Implementation Entities

• Staff of the Management Unit are selected based
  on open, fair, transparent and competitive
  procedures

• Appointed independent agents to manage
  procurement and financial functions

  provider

• Semi-annual Audits in accordance with the U.S.
  Government Auditing Standards
