About Breeze
  • What is it? - Breeze is web-based communication
    tool for real-time meetings, trainings, and
    presentations, that audiences can see and hear
    anytime, anywhere, through any standard web
    browser.
  • Who may use it? - Breeze is a free service to any
    University of Arizona employee. Any employee may
    setup and host a Breeze meeting. Non-university
    people may participate in a meeting.
  • How do I host a meeting? a Breeze account is
    required to create meetings and act as a Host.

Requesting a Breeze Account
  • Accounts are given by UA Learning Technology
    Center (LTC)
  • A UA NetID account is required
  • LTC service request form ltc.arizona.edu/srfs20/
    - used for all LTC services including Breeze
  • Step by step instructions are at Instructions for
    Hosting a Breeze Meeting cals.arizona.edu/extens
    ion/employee/breeze.html
  • Breeze account will be associated with NetID
    email. Default password will be created

Creating a Breeze Meeting
  • Sign in to your Breeze account
    breeze.ltc.arizona.edu
  • Create a new Meeting
  • Name
  • Custom URL should be recognizable and unique
  • Start Time (Date and Time), Duration
  • Access closed or open
  • Preload content
  • Formats allowed Flash, PowerPoint
  • Flash Paper to convert documents to Flash
  • Presenter to convert PowerPoint to Flash
