tremendous popularity and importance as a
peer-to-peer communication system. ChatTrack
Technology is a framework that enhances todays

ChatLog C/C library that integrates XML chat logging in almost any client- and server-based chat product. Logs adhere to ChatLog document type definition. A modified IRC server demonstrates the use of this library. Open source
ChatRetrieve This allows searches to be performed using keywords, listener/receiver and date filtering, and chat session replay. Client (Windows-based) and server-based (web) interfaces are available.
ChatTrackBot Internet Relay Chat bot silently records multiple public chat sessions using the IRC RFC2812 protocol, demonstrating the ChatLog library. Open source
ChatProfile ChatTrend This identifies chat topics through a web-based interface. Both public and private chat rooms can be classified. ChatTrend offers a visual representation of the identified topics over time.
